I checked your form and I can see that the notification is set up properly. The email recipient is not in the bounce list as well. I checked the mail logs and I can see that the notifications are being sent successfully.
Please try checking your spam folders or junk mails. You may also want to whitelist our mail servers with the help of this guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
