How can I share my form?

I have just created my first form (fun!), but don't know the next step and can't see anything that tells me what to do. I want to send my form by email to several groups so that they can fill it out and submit.

To share your form:

You can either share it as PDF form that your users can fill it on their computer or share the link to your form via email.
