To my understanding you are having a problem with your form submissions being sent to your email.
I checked your forms and it looks like you're using the test email button with which I see according to your email history several submission tests with most that failed until now.
I checked your account email address for "firstname.lastname@example.org" but it is not found in our bouncelist.Result: email@example.com is NOT in the bounce list
Can you try filling in your form and submitting it to yourself to test more accurately if you receive it?
