Why am I not receiving notification emails?

    It seems that as of yesterday, I am not receiving my notification emails for any forms filled out and submitted online. My regular email is working with no issues, so I think the issue lies with JotForm. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this immediately.

    I have checked the email address and the log shows the last emails failed, this is because your email address is currently into our bounce list, here is the reason: 

    Result: admin@n**********s.ca is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 "The mail server detected your message as spam

    I have removed it and you should receive your email address now, I would also suggest you to follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    You may also ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses so you avoid emails being blocked because of any security filter on their end, here is a link with our info so they can white-list it: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
