    Please try first re-embedding the form https://www.jotform.us/form/22195642207148 on your website using instead its iframe embed code.

    I see it was embedded using the default script embed code which could probably causing script conflict. Using the iframe code embed should help fix this.

    No dice on the iPhone. I added the iFrame and enabled the scrolling in the code, but still cannot get the submit button to show.

    I see you are embedding your form on a Xara based website, version 7 based on your website's source code. For embedding your form onto Xara 7, please make sure to follow these instructions:

    Please let us know whether you are able to make your form display in full by increasing the height in your Xara based website, as described in the above linked guide. Thank you.
