How do submission counters work?

We are seeing a note that we are almost out of submission space. Our account show we get 500 and we are at 467. Is the five hundred per month or just an accumulating number and once we reach 500 we are out of luck until we upgrade. With that being said, if we delete the submissions that our in our folder, does that bring the submission count down? Lastly, is the submission based on how many forms we receive or the size of the information in the form?

Thanks for your attention to this matter.

There are two submission counters - one is per month, where on a free plan you can receive up to 100 submissions each month, and the other is in total, where on a free plan you can have up to 500 submissions stored in your account at any given time.

You are nearing the total number of submissions you can have in your account, which is 500 for free accounts, while this storage is unlimited for any of our paid accounts.

Once you reach the 500 total submissions you can have in your account, as you receive new submissions, your oldest submissions are automatically deleted to make room for your latest received one. This means you can never go over your 500 total submissions, but your oldest submissions that would be over 500 get automatically deleted.

To ensure you have your old submissions, you can export your submissions at any time:

You can also integrate your forms wit one of our supported third parties, such as Google Spreadsheets, so that your form submissions are automatically forwarded to your Google Spreadsheet account:

You can alternatively upgrade your account to any of our paid plans, and have unlimited total storage of your submissions:

For example, our Storage Monthly plan will give you unlimited total submissions at the price of $5 USD per month.
