Forgot password email not received

Hi, I've forgotten my password and have requested for it multiple times on the login page but I have not received any email on it.

Your email address was in the bounce list. I had removed it and you will be able to get emails from JotForm. Please check your mails we sent  a password reset mail to your email address.
