I am on the free account? Will my submisions delete each month? At this time I don't have the funds to purchase an account.

On a free account you can receive 100 submissions per month, and keep up to 500 submissions stored. If the storage limit is reached, any new submissions that arrives will make the oldest submission to get deleted.
