My colleague has actually answered your inquiry there, however, upon checking your email address email@example.com, it was added in our bounce list, which would explain why you are not receiving our replies or even those notifications that were setup to be sent on that address:
An address is being added in our bounce list if your recipient address or the email provider of it is blocking our JotMail IP addresses and mail server domain names. I have removed it in our bounce list, but to avoid this problem again, please do contact your IT team or your email provider and white list the items in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
