Why does my Visual Report appear only as text?

Why does my Visual Report look like this: 

I was expecting data bars.

The reason your visual report is displaying the submission data as text is because you are using a field widget which does not currently support any sort of graph-type formatting.

Both our default radio field and checkbox field support this but, I don't think many of our widgets have that type of support yet.

You can however, narrow down the formatting by excluding some of your questions listed to only show but it would still be text format.

If the field type supports the graphed data styling then it will show up as an option at the very top toolbar to use for certain fields as mentioned.

I was using the Checklist widget. I guess it doesn't support charting.

Is there anyway I can recreate form using the Checkbox option and import the submissions into there?

You could clone the form and import the submissions using the import submissions app.

You may use our import app, http://import.jotform.io/. You see more detail of this app from our users guide, Import App Easily import your Excel or CSV data into JotForm.

The only issue I can see is that the data will probably not match up directly when going from the checklist widget to a regular checkbox field.
