Why is it so difficult to remove the total space used?

I have searched and see no easy way to reset the amount of space used to 0 megs.

We would like to apologize, however, the only way you can reset your upload space limit to 0, is by deleting all your submissions that have uploaded files in it.

I see that your form, http://www.jotform.us/form/62573902625155, still has submissions with uploaded files.

I suggest you download all the uploaded files and submission before you delete it.
