Hi, I am subscribed under the Starter package. I would like to create an exam that will be answered by 550+ people. Can I execute it with free subscription? A sample of the exam can be accessed in the link below.
Thank you very much.Page URL:

Please refer also to the JotForm Pricing page for more details.
as you can see on the screenshot image above, there is a cap of 500 submissions storage for the FREE plan. So your account submission storage will not be able to go beyond the 500 limit.
However there is a way lift the submission storage limit. The closest option is to upgrade your storage plan. This plan is available only when you want to upgrade the submissions storage option only of your account.
You can access this when you click on the upgrade storage option (which will be available only once you are near your limit).

Thanks! What if I make 550+ forms to be viewed and answered individually by the respondents?

Unfortunately, that is not possible to achieve. The total submission storage refers to the total submissions stored in your account, not in each form. So even if you create 550 forms, the total submissions from those forms will still exceed the 500 storage limit. Furthermore, free accounts are limited to creating up to 5 forms in their account.
If you want to receive 550+ submissions, I would recommend that you upgrade to the Bronze plan instead. The Bronze plan allows you to receive 1,000 submissions each month, and get an unlimited total submission storage. Here's a guide on How to Upgrade Your Account.
