Search for all forms submission data based on a generated Unique ID

I plan on adding the Unique ID to my forms but I would like to know if i can ultimately search for the completed submissions based on that Unique ID without knowing which form it was submitted from. I have hundreds of forms and searching through the submissions of each form and looking for the Unique ID field is not practical.

To achieve the ultimate submission query you need for all your forms, you will need to consolidate all of your form submission data into a single database.

You can now do this using the New Export Data Tool

    link: New-Feature-Export-Your-Data-for-All-of-Your-Forms-with-the-New-Data-Export-Tool

Once you have consolidated all of the submission data, it will now be simpler to query the data via the unique ID data you setup.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Clearly, this is not what I asked. I do not want your solution to an ultimate submission query. I want to login to my jotform account and simply enter in a known generated Unique ID and pull up the submission that corresponds to that Unique ID that was generated. Simple. I cannot explain it any more clear that that.

Unfortunately there is no such feature or functionality existing like that yet in the Form Builder.

The search box you see in your My Forms page will only result to query related to the forms and not the submission data.

As you know already each form have its own submissions database. You will not find any tool in the Form Builder where you can pull up the submission data of any of the existing form. You have to go to each individual form to be able to view the submission data.

I suggested the Export Data tool because that is the only tool I know of that will consolidate all data in a single location/container.
