    Emails not coming through

    Hi, the emails are not coming through to my email address aja@fcgworld.co.uk

    I have also put a secondary email address (gmail) that is receiving the form submissions, but I need them to be coming through to our company email address. 

    I have spoken to our IT director and webmaster, who has checked mimecast and confirmed that the emails are not reaching our server. Please advise.

    Hi,

    I have checked your email account and it is in the bounce list. That is why you have been unable to receive the notification emails. Please see the reason here:

    I have removed it of the list and you should be able to receive the emails without a problem as of now. You can also check if your email account is in the bounce list or not. You can even remove it from the list. Please read our guide about how:
