I would like to use your form but it has to fit my site requirements. 2 questions:
Is it possible to go to the form through a link/button in my site?
And then, after the form is filled and sent by a Customer, go back to my site to a specific page ?
Thanks.

For these questions, I've prepared a demo for better explanation. I have explained the solutions step by step here below for each question.
Is it possible to go to the form through a link/button in my site?
There are multiple options to embed your form into your website. Following two user guides include further information about embed methods.
https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-form-embed-code-should-I-use.
https://www.jotform.com/help/220-How-to-Create-a-Lightbox-Form
In addition to these guides, there is also another option which is Popup Form. I have explained the steps for it.
1. Click on Publish
2. Click on Embed >> Pop-up
3. Copy the code and paste it to your site code.
The picture on the left hand side shows how your form will be seen on your website by using this method. When your user clicks on the link, your form will be opened in a new window.
After the form is filled and sent by a Customer, go back to my site to a specific page ?
1.Click on Thank You button2.Click " Redirect to External Link" and Write the URL of the page that will be displayed after the submission of the form.
This user guide contains further information about how you can set it.I hope these will help. If anything is unclear, please contact us.
Thank you.
