Email Submissions Not Arriving for Days

    Hello!

     

    We're getting reports that email submissions are not showing up for days. As in, someone will submit a form on Monday and the email notification to our staff person doesn't arrive till Wednesday or Thursday. Any tips? We use an Outlook Exchange server.

    Can you please provide us ID of the form you are having issues with. Also please provide us email address that is not receiving email Notifications when your form is submitted. 

    You can check email history log on your account and see if email Notifications were sent successfully.

    If emails failed, please check if your email address is in the bounce list and remove it from the bounce list.

    In case that email was sent successfully, but you did not received it, please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam.

    Hello,

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.

    Yes, here is the form. The form *was* working for us until very recently when the emails started being delayed. 

    We've been waiting on an email that was sent at 12:40 p.m. on Thursday, 11/3. As of 11 a.m. on Friday, 11/4, we still haven't received it.

    I've checked your form and it looks normal as far as I can tell currently.

    I see you have two recipient addresses for it, are they both having this problem with not receiving?

    I looked and found neither address is not listed in our bouncelist:

    Result: bpxxxxx@daxxxxlixxxrx.org is NOT in the bounce list Result: tbxxx@daxxxxlixxxrx.org is NOT in the bounce list

     

    According to your email history our server shows we're sending them so it's a bit concerning that you say you still having received it. I see one that was sent at 12:40 but it was to a different form and different email address it seems.
