Submit button does not work in my form, embedded to Wordpress

Hi,

I've used the Calculation quiz - Quiz form with a calculated number of correct answers and created my own questionnaire from it. Which works amazingly and looks fantastic so thank you for that.

I've now embedded it into our wordpress site as a post, which also looks amazing, except that when you hit the submit button it just sits there and doesn't do anything except say that it's thinking or words to that effect.

Just wondering if you have any suggestions as to how to get the results displayed and emailed to us as well - as what happens with the form when not embedded?

I've just put the link in at the moment that takes them out to another tab and that works ok, but I'd like it to be on the website too.

Appreciate your thoughts about this.

Can  you please share also to us the URL of your Wordpress website where we can test the form used. I tried this URL http://corenaturopathics.com.au/ but I could not find the jotform on it.

It will help us know more details if we can review the actual form used on the website.

For initial troubleshooting, you can also try first re-embedding the form on your website using instead its iframe publish code.

See if re-embedding the form resolve the submission issue already.

I checked the sent email and I see the submission email were also being sent to your email a###@####athics.com.au

 

Can you also clarify where you cannot get the submission results?
