    Hello,

The submission limits is not within a "per form" basis but on a "per account" basis. A free user has a limit of 500 submissions and when this is reached, the oldest submission that the account has shall be removed to give room for the new submission that has arrived.

There is also no problem for downloading data. You can get your form's submissions in CSV or Excel format, or even in PDF. You can check this user guide to know how: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

You can also run integrations into your form so to copy submissions automatically to your 3rd party account such as Google Spreadsheet, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. Here are the possible integrations available with JotForm as of yet: https://apps.jotform.com/category/integrations

But you can manually set your form to automatically disable after reaching a certain date or certain number of submissions which can be found under your form's preferences. You can refer to this guide for setting limits in your form for date or submission: https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-limit-submissions-in-a-form

There is not a fixed limit on how many submissions an exported file of your submissions can have, but due to technical constraints and the size of data you are exporting, such a large number of submissions may not be successfully exported in a single file.

In other words, yes, you can export your submissions even if you have 500.000 submissions, but you may need to export it in several files with different time range. You can limit the time range of the submissions to be exported by following this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

Additionally, since CSV files are less complex and demanding than Excel files, you should be able to have a larger number of maximum exported submissions in a CSV file compared to an Excel file.

For exporting such a large number of submissions, CSV format would be preferred.

Please let us know should you need any further clarifications or assistance.

Yes, you can theoretically download all the submissions even if you have 1.000.000 of them in a single form.

When you use one of the options below you should be able to download your submissions:
