SORRY IF THIS IS A DUPLICATE REQUEST, I DON'T THINK MY LAST FORM REQUEST WORKED...

I have client that wants to take their existing PDF documents and make them Fillable from their website.

    1) Would Jotform be able to display the fillable form on my clients website?

    2) Would the client receive an email with the PDF form filled out, or would they only receive just the field names and answers without the entire form.

    Thanks, Dan

It is only possible to import Adobe FormsCentral PDF forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/340-How-to-Import-Adobe-FormsCentral-PDF-Forms-to-JotForm

Otherwise, you will need to create the web-form from the scratch. Once you create the form, you an setup the email notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

Thank you for your prompt response.
So if I use either of the two methods, will the email sent back to my
client be in a PDF form with the clients response filled in, or just field
    names and answers?

The notification sends just the questions and its answers:

However, you can attach the PDF submission to the notification, just by enabling the option in the Advanced settings of your notification:

And, it will look like this:

Note: imported PDF forms won't get notifications, only those fillable PDF forms that were created from a web-jotform in which you had setup an email notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
