“My clients are often with patients, so being able to quickly and easily enter data and access forms from a mobile device is very important to them,” says Haisley.

Breaking down barriers with Jotform Enterprise for Salesforce

Using Jotform Enterprise for Salesforce, Blue ABA Therapy could flow data directly into Salesforce and move beyond the barriers of its single-user Jotform accounts, enhancing communication and collaboration. 

Giving multiple people the power to edit forms eliminated the need for staff to send requests to individual form owners. It also allowed healthcare workers to provide direct input on which patient data was important to capture.

Haisley notes that Jotform Sign has helped her clients in human resources track important paperwork and records, like employee injury reports.

“It’s great from an HR perspective, because they can go back and see exactly what an employee said and signed at a given time without having to spend the amount of money required for Docusign or Echo,” says Haisley.

Another key selling point for Haisley is Jotform Apps, which can be used for patient portals, employee resources, or to provide engaging experiences for customers and communities.   

“Creating a mobile app through Jotform is really convenient,” says Haisley. “Some of my clients will put that on every iPad they have using that whole web link, and it’s like they have their own application without all of the intricacies that go into building an actual application.”
