How to receive notification when the user click next button before submission?

We are using your "Subscribe for Service" form to get users subscribe for our services. This is a multi-page form and we are looking for a way to collect and email us the information collected ion the first page. On the first page ( or first part) the visitor enters his/her contact info and clciks NEXT.  We are looking for a way for the form to email us all contact info when the user clicks NEXT.

The following part is where we collect his/her biilling information and sent it to Authorise.net gateway for processing.

We would like to know how can we set up the form to email us the information collected on the first page when visitors click NEXT.

As I understood, you would like to receive notification when your end-user clicks next button before submission of your form. If this is the case, it is unfortunately not possible to receive notification e-mail without form submission. 

On the other hand, there is some other ways to achieve what you would like to do. However, you need to divide your form two parts. In other words, there should be two forms.

The first form should include fields till the next button. 

The second form should include the fields after next button. 

After that, you can use our advance features combination which are about passing a from data to another form and redirecting user to a different page. I added  two user guides related these features here below.

Please note that if you would like to receive notification for two part, I mean for two forms, you need to set up notification alert for each form.

With this way, you can receive notification for the part you want and your user does not need to click second from link. Since, they will be directed automatically.
