    Why has one of our form email recipients not received email in a week?

    Can you fix the problem with emailing system?

    We have some problems with all of the TCA forms that need to be emailed to Janette Cosson (jcosson@tbc.edu). She has not received any jotforms since last Saturday ( 1/7/2017). She can log on and see the ones submitted, but nothing is being emailed to her. We’ve had this happen before. What is the cause? Can you help fixing this problems for us?

    We do apologize about this problem you are having with one of your email recipients not getting any of her emails and thank you for letting us know about it.

    I've checked on this problem for you and found that the reason that email stopped getting them is because it ended up in our bouncelist so I have removed it for you.

    Result: jcosson@tbc.edu is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    The emails should begin to flow again but, if it recurs later down the road then you can use our email tool to check and remove yourself from our bouncelist if needed.
