Our users are not receiving email notifications when submitting a jotform.

Are you referring to this form from your main account (https://form.jotform.com/62805255429964)?

I checked the account email history and found that one of the addresses (customerservice@clevelandgolf.com) was added to the bounce list. This may be why you are not receiving the emails there.

I have now removed the address from the bounce list so the next notifications should send successfully.
