    I have set up a form for my website email address for form is info@cavancentre.ie.

    I am sending test emails and they do not seem to be getting in

    I am still getting the thank you message on the website

    I cannot find my old password and login

    can you please help me with this

    Hi,

    When you check your account, I find that your registered e-mail is elaineotoole32@gmail.com.

    Test e-mails are only sent to the e-mail address which you have registered with to the Jotform.

    You can open your form and send it manually in order to test it for the e-mail address which you have mentioned. 

    Also, when I check the e-mail address info@cavancentre.ie., I find that this address has been added to our bounce list.

     

    I removed your e-mail address from the bounce list. However, in order to not to encounter this issue again, I would like to recommend you to follow the guides which I shared with you below.

    What is bounce list?

    An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.

    If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list.

    Especially, it's recommended to setup SMTP o prevent the bounce issues: How to Setup SMTP for a Form

    Finally, please contact your email provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to the whitelist.
