We have been receiving the submissions but without the details.

    We received the submissions from www.singaporewepray.com but we did not get all the details, in fact, we received all the optional information but not the mandatory one. When I checked the form, it is there but the auto email that was sent out did not contain the full info.

    Hello rnclang,

    If I understand your issue correctly, you mean to say that auto-responder email alert is not displaying all the answers. Is that correct?

    I did check the form auto-responder email alert you have added in your form and found that it is edited. Please note that if you edit your email alert, it becomes dirty and that means any changes you make in your form will not reflect in your email template. 

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please not that a new email alert will always include all form fields. The following guide should help you:
