I deleted some emails while I was on the free plan to make room but have now upgraded. Is it possible to retrieve the emails I deleted?

If you are referring to the email notification sent to your email address every time your form is successfully submitted, then yes, it is possible for your to resend the emails by following the workaround below.
First, enable the Send on Edit option of the Notification Email from your form's builder page.
This will allow you to receive the email notification if the form submission is resubmitted in edit mode.

Please note that it is not required to make an actual edit in the submission. You can just load it in edit mode and click the submit button to resubmit and trigger the email notification again.
However, if you are referring to the deleted submissions on your form's submission page, we would like to apologize, I'm afraid to say that deleted submissions are no longer irrecoverable. That is why we suggest our users have a backup of the submissions they are planning to delete first before deleting it.
