    How to avoid form to send email auto-responder?

    I did a form with you and GoDaddy added it to my website.  Upper right, Self Assessment Discovery form.  Prospects fill it out and hit submit and it immediately goes to my gcs@freefranchisecounsel.com email.  It worked for a couple months.  Now when they hit submit it does NOT go to me, it goes to THEIR email address which does not help me.  Please fix this, my business has come to a standstill.

    I have checked your form and I can see you have both, an email notification as well as an auto-responder, I have checked the email history of your recipient email address and found all emails are sending successfully. 

    You could also check your email history by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History 

    Please, also check your spam or junk folders since may be that your emails ended up there, you could also ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses so emails from JotForm do not get blocked.

    Yes, seems like your email was in our bounce list, this happens due to several reasons; however, it seems like you already removed it since I could not find it in our bounce list anymore.
