    How can I setup a question that will allow users to take photos and upload them as part of the form response

    I would like to setup the form so as part of their response user can take and/or upload pictures

    You can add an Upload File to your form. To do that, please follow this guide: How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms

    After that, you can also change the allowed file types and change the file upload size limit. Here are the guides:
