Hi guys, I have a problem, when I use the preview of the form I don't get any price or option to pay with Paypal, is this normal?

You need to pass the calculation value to the Paypal field. Please check this guide to know how: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field.

Thank you but already I have done the multiple payment form (this one: https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form) but I have the question if I can integrate the total of the calculation to this multiple payment form, is this possible? Other thing to add is that stripe integration is not working and shows "error button".
Because i was reading about this post: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition and this one https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form so which of these one is the right in case I can do the multiple integration of payments?
Thanks! -

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you are trying to embed two different forms into the main form using the Iframe Embed widget following the method in this guide — How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form. The first of the two forms have PayPal integration and the second one has Stripe integration for credit card payment processes. Then, you are looking for a way to pass the data (amount) to either of the two forms from the main form, is that correct? If so, I would like to apologize, however, this guide — How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field only applies to forms with Form Calculation widget and payment field that are both in the same form. On the other hand, these guides — Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition and How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form requires form submission for them to work.
If you want the users of your form to have a choice if they want to pay via credit card or PayPal within your form, I suggest you use our PayPal Pro integration instead.
The guide below states the difference between PayPal and PayPal Pro.
Difference-Between-PayPal-and-PayPal-Pro
With regards to your concern about Stripe Integration, may we know where and how did you exactly encounter the error message, please?
We will wait for your response.

Hi Mike, thank you so much for the reply. It really helped me. Regarding the stripe problem is just after you clic on the magic wand and want to integrate your account and appears "error button" but the rest info is there. I suppose it is the option to add the stripe account info but it is not shown and without that I can't integrate the account.
Hope you can fix the error so the users can start to use it.
Thanks! -

I'm sorry, but the Stripe integration is working. I got the authentication to work without any problem. Here's a screenshot:
As you could see, it is connected. Please try the following:
1. Clear your browser cookies for Stripe.
2. Clear your browser cookies for Jotform.

3. Log in to Jotform and connect your Stripe account again in the form. This should work.
