I have been using this form application for 2 years, and recently my notifications are not being received by select recipients. I have confirmed with our IT department and we are not blocking messages from formresponse.com which appears to be the sender domain for jotform.com. IT states 868 messages have been received within the last 30 days.

Could you please provide the form ID or form link so we can further investigate it?
Upon checking your account email history logs, I can see that the email address (email@example.com) is on our bounce list. To check the email history logs, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I have removed the email address from our bounce list.

There are many recipients listed in the notification of that form:
Please create 3 more notifications, and only list up to 10 recipients in each of them: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Also, make sure to check the spam folders, and if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM. Let us know if you need more help.
