What type of notifications do I get on form submissions?

I have created an online registration form for a small conference we are having. How will I know when someone registers. Will I receive a notification and will they receive a receipt or is that something I have to do separately. 

I have checked your form and found that it has an autoresponder email as well as an email notification, which means you will receive email notifications on form submissions and the form users will receive email confirmation with their form submissions.
