I am trying to test receipt and autoresponder emails but nothing is getting through. Jotforms keeps saying the email is bouncing even though I keep removing the email from Jotforms' bounce list.
I have also tried searching the email address though my 'settings' which tells me the email address is not on the bounce list. But yet nothing is getting through. They are not in spam or junk either.
The email address I am using has worked fine using forms generated on weebly - for 7 years.
I have a PAID ACCOUNT but I don't have time to keep checking if the settings have failed.
Any suggestions to stop this happening and make sure emails are being directed as per the 'rules' I have set up?Page URL:

I checked our email logs and all Test emails were successfully sent to your email address. You can also check the email logs on your account.
I also checked and your email address is not in the bounce list.
Please test your form again. You can also make an actual submission instead of using the Test Email button. If the email address is added again to the bounce list let us know so that we can check the reason why it was added do the bounce list. Do not remove it from the bounce list because we can not check the reason when the email address is removed from the bounce list.
