Hi, if we use the paid account we get 10GB of space if we are uploading to Dropbox why do you store the files in your system filling up space, can we disable that so that you simply pass the data/files through? If we delete the files as they get uploaded will we run out of space or is the 10GB a rolling value, ie we fill it up then empty it then fill it up etc. without any limitation.

The process is that the form submission and uploaded files will go to our servers first. After that, our server will send a copy to the 3rd party integration (Dropbox/Google Drive/Box).

It means that the data is still on our servers. You need to manually delete it or you can use the Auto-Delete Submissions app. This app deletes new form submissions instantly as soon as they are received. Here's the link: http://auto-delete.jotform.io/.

Your upload space will be cleared if you delete the submissions with uploaded files here in JotForm. So, the upload space limit is not a rolling value. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.

Great thanks. Are you able to tell me what the largest single file size for upload to Dropbox is?
