Do the forms get submitted to the email address that is in the profile? What is the sender email, does that need to be filled in to?

When you add any field to your form, the builder automatically creates a notification email to send it to your email.
We also send an email to form users that submitted form which contains only the data they submit. It is called autoresponder email which is added automatically when you add an email to the form. However, if you delete the first email field, the settings of autoresponder would be broken and need to be fixed by you.
Both notification and autoresponder emails are can be found in form's setting tab's email section as seen in above image.
