widget, the notification was no widget can be found and there is no way
I can add widget at all.

to me, but still yet, I cant get it through my system, may be you need
to tell me what i need to do to clear cache or cookies in order for the
form to display.

You can follow the steps on the user guide: How to Clear Your Form Cache?
I too could not reproduce the issue when I test using your account and forms. I can see the Widgets available in the Form Builder on any of your forms.
I suspect the issue could probably due to your browser or network.
I suggest you try also restarting your browser (try refresh the browser by clearing browser cache). Or try also using a different device, browser, or if another internet connection is available -- try also.
Let us know if issue persist even after doing already all the mentioned procedures.

widget to my forms, I followed all the processes you suggested, but
unfortunately, none of them solve the issues, I clear the forms cache
under my account, I used chrome browser, i used mozilla,
I also changed my network to 4G network and even used a mobile
smartphone browsers, but all effort to get this solved proof abortive,
the same error i got on laptop PC browser, the same i got on mobile
find the attached image for your perusal,
I was even thinking may be your system has not activate my account for a
paid account in order to use all the features of jotform, I suggest you
should look into this with your developer, or technical department,
The reason for subscribing to bronze is to use the widget, and to remove
jot form link from my forms to make it look professional, but my
subscription seems not to be working, please look into this for me,

I have also checked your account from my end and was able to see the widgets without any issue. I think the issue seems to be with the CDN or ISP of your location. Could you try logging into your account using the following URL and see if you are able to view the widgets?
Also, please check with your Internet service provider to see JotForm website is being blocked. It would be helpful for us if you can provide us with a screenshot of the issue to investigate the issue further.
