Questions about forms

Hi,

I need to create a quiz for a client and they have very specific needs. I wanted to know if Jotform can accommodate the following:

- display a grade of how many questions were answered correctly at the end of the quiz

- Have an image as a "question" in the quiz

- upload documents

- custom branded link

- ability to see how many times a person accessed the quiz (either using IP address or other way)

- ability to make the form in different languages so that people can select what language they want the quiz to appear

- ability to set a timer
