Sending ALL form text with confirmation/completion email

So...I'm a member of Weebly and have my website designed there.  They recommended your app, when I asked them if I could have ALL the text included in my online forms sent to me when a user submits one...not just the field name and field text...but ALL text I've added in the form...so that their submission looks more like an agreement and less like a list of fields.  This is not possibly with Weebly alone.

Can you please assist me and inform if this is possible and if so, how?  Thanks!

Yes, you can have any texts included on the emails sent to you or to the user. Simply create a notification email (sent to you) and/or autoresponder email (sent to user), then customize the email template to include all the texts you have on your form.

I'm talking about TEXT in the form, not TEXTS sent via a phone, just to be clear.  I don't know that you answered my question...unless you're saying I can add all the text from the form I created to the email template I send to myself when the form is completed??

Yes, I am referring to text within your form and nothing about messages sent via phone.

Please see these related guides that I have also attached previously, to know more on how to setup and customize email notifications:

This helped a lot.  Took awhile, but did complete my forms including custom text in notification and autoresponders.  Problem:  the Thank You message is not working properly.  I'm using the standard one...I get nothing but an ad for Jotform.  Please assist.  Thanks.

Oops!  Looks like I was able to delete the standard graphic/text, insert new text, and it works.  Disregard.
