Unique ID field's value is not showing on email

    Hello, I have followed all steps to add the unique affiliate link on the affiliate signup form. I get the order form link on the Thank You email but it is not showing the unique id.

    Please advise.

    I can see that you have modified the email content of both the notification and autoresponder emails for the form. Please note that, once the email template is modified, the content will not be automatically updated for new/removed fields.

    To include the Unique ID into the email, please follow this guide:

    Should you wish for your emails to automatically get updated with new/removed fields everytime you edit the form, please create a new one and do not edit the template.
