Can I and the client get a downloadable version of my contracts once they are signed?

When I create a contract, can I and the client get a downloadable  version of my contracts once they are signed?

Is this standard or do I have to make adjustments for it? If so, where and what?

You can attach a PDF format of your submission data. This would include your contract signature image.

We usually use the autoresponder to send notification emails to the user's of the form.
