We need the entire form for our records with the answers and signatures they provided. Is this possible?

    Hi, we were able to complete our jotform, but when we get it back it doesnt have a copy of the entire form as it is. We need the entire form for our records with the answers and signatures they provided. Is this possible?

    Thank you. I sent this in earlier. How do I change the name in this to a more descriptive name. So instead of Text Box A something like Agents Name or Duration of Agreement for the second narrative.
