JotForm PDF Editor infinitely refreshing

Hello,

I'm attempting to download pdf submissions, however, the pdf editor is constantly refreshing. What can I do to stop this?

Can you please tell us which your form submission you were trying to download?

I checked your current form https://www.jotform.us/form/63243723986161 but I found it does not have any existing submission data on it.

We will check further once we identify the form with issue.

It was all/any of the forms owned by Linda in my account. I tried multiple different forms to see if it was form specific, but it didn’t seem to be. Today I was able to download for a while and then the pdf editor stopped loading/constantly refreshed again.

On testing the Form, I could not replicate it in your account. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, could you share the browser console report error with us if any?
