Hi,
I'm considering whether to use JotForms to create horse lease and agistment agreements. I need the client to be able to sign the agreement online. Ideally, our manager will then also be able to sign online and the completed agreement can be saved electronically. I'll also need to print the agreements at later date.
So my questions are:
Can two different parties sign the form at two different times?
Once the form is completed and saved, can I access it as pdf and print at a later date?
Thanks,
Tegan

You may create a form an approval work flow with your form. You may set your form to send to your manager once the client has filled the form.

To clarify, do you want to download your submission as PDF?
You may do so by following this guide:-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
You may also attach a submission PDF document in your notification email.
