I updated my family application & old application is neing sent to me half blank

    Hello.. I recently updated my family application that my clients fill out and i published it. When the family fills it out it's the new updated form, but when it's emailed to me, it's the old form and its half blank. I had to go to your website and look at my submissions and forward it to myself. I am not sure why the new form is being filled out but the old previous form is being sent to me?? can you please help.. and YES i have hit publish.

    Generally, the notification shall be updated automatically when any changes made to the form if 'Update Email' option is enabled for the notification in Advanced tab of email settings. If you want to customize the email to add new fields, please refer to the guide below:

    Please try removing the notification email from the form and add a new notification so that all the fields shall be added automatically to the email.
