To my email? To you site? Where?
I have the free version to try out. I would like the submitted surveys to go to my email. They are not at the current time. Help

The entries are being emailed (if configured) and always saved in your account.
To fix the emailing issue, please add an email recipient to your form email notification:

Yes. You may change the email recipient address with the Free version as well. However, the free subscription plan is limited to have only one notification and only one email recipient. Please follow the guide below to change the email recipient in the notification of your form.
