Where are form results stored or are they emailed (with an attachment or not)?

    Hi,

How would a client (or myself) retrieve information once someone filled a form?  Where do the results go?

If emailed, what would the title be so I or the client does not think it is spam and it is relevant instead.  I want to do a reservation request form.

    Thanks,

    Paul Williamson

All submissions are stored in your submission page https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions.

You also have an option to send an email notification to your self or add another recipient that you want the form submission to go. You can change the title of this notification, change the email body etc..

For more information about email notification, please check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications.

If you want your client (submitter) to receive a notification of their submission, you need to setup an autoresponder. Check this guide on how to https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.
