Unable to connect to Stripe integration

    Jot form not connecting to stripe. I successfully drag and drop Stripe onto my form. Then in the Stripe Integration box I click on "Connect to Stripe"

    We did not receive your complete question because you tried to enter this information in the issue title. I checked your form, Stripe integration is not connected on this form yet. 

    When you click on Connect to Stripe button it should open another browser windows where you can authenticate your stripe account. 

    Please make sure to enable the Live Mode so that your customers can be charged for real. Test mode is only used for testing and cards are not charged in this mode.

    Hi Ashton,
    I have followed your instructions. Again after I have received the
    pop-up window and that I have successfully logged into my Stripe account,
    The "Connect with Stripe" then begins "Connecting" and waiting for jotform
    - but then nothing more happens. If I click on continue under the Gateway
    area it tells me to connect to Stripe.

    I opened your account and the Stripe is still not connected. Could you please try to remove the Payment field and add it back again immediately then connect it with stripe by following the guide below?

    I have followed the instructions you sent (already had them) and did
    exactly what you suggested and had the same result. Now what should I do?
    This needs to be fixed by tomorrow morning!

    I am not sure what is causing this issue in your form. I did clone your form and integrated it with my Stripe account successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    What happens when you try to integrate your form with Stripe account? Do you get any error message?

    I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and then try again to integrate payment tool with your Stripe account. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache: https://www.moneysavingpro.com/internet-providers/how-to-clear-cache/

    Hi -
    Cleared my browser cache, followed all the instructions (as I've been
    doing for 3 days) - still doesn't work. It shows "Connecting" for a few
    seconds and then goes back to "Connect with Stripe". I need this done and
    have been struggling with it since Friday. HELP!

    Could you try to create a new version of your form by making a clone of it? This form still has no submissions hence there is no chance of losing any data.

    Once you create a new form, try to integrate Stripe with your new form. Useful Guide:  https://www.jotform.com/help/190-How-to-Integrate-Stripe-with-your-Form

    Could you please tell us at what step you are stuck? When you go to your Stripe Integration Payment widget settings, it gives you an option to Sign in with Stripe to Connect

    Next screen populates with the Sign Details.

    When you enter your Stripe credentials, you can then enter your business details to complete the setup. 

    Are you able to follow these steps and tell us exactly which step you have an issue?

    I have successfully signed in and.completed all the business information
    requested by Stripe. Their website shows .my account ready to accept
    payments. The integration stalls on Jotform after l click on "Connect with
    Stripe"
    The circular icon is rotating next to "Connecting" for a few seconds, but
    then disappears and the "Connect with Stripe" reappears. I've emptied my
    cache, tried to succeed with a cloned form, rebuilt the form from scratch,
    and every other possibility I could think of, to no avail.

    I have tried clearing the cache, using a different browser, using a clone of the form, using a different computer, and every suggestion made by jotform thus far.  I do not have another internet network available.  I have attached a screen shot.

    We are not showing the screenshot you are trying to share, please note that the screenshot attached to an email is not supported on the forum page. Kindly login to your Jotform account and access this thread   https://www.jotform.com/answers/1915288-Unable-to-connect-to-Stripe-integration then use the 'Insert Image' icon to attach the screenshot.

    Also, make sure that the pop-up blocker is disabled on your browser when you are trying to connect to stripe. Just in case there's a pop-up message why you are unable to connect your Stripe account.
