When I receive notification email that a submission has been received every line contains code

How do I prevent this! Example of what I receive when someone fills out my form.

In the future only one girl would remain in the world. Every building, man,
infrastructure, electricity has collapsed. World will be rebuilt by this girl.

I would recommend you to kindly try editing the email template in order to get rid of the undesired content, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders 

You may also try deleting the adding the email notification, but this only if your email has not been modified, here are some guides that will help you doing so:

Could you please share the URL of the form? I am not able to replicate the issue on one of your form 70406785013149. Also, in our email logs, this is how I see the notification email that sent to you.

If the issue still persists, please delete the current notification email and create a new one, it should resolve the issue.
