    Hi

We are intending just to use Jotforms for our new intranet which is single sign in.

At present, our forms could be completed by anyone in the Firm pretending to be anyone in the Firm, and thus skew our figures for our events and surveys we have planned.  Needless to say this defeats the object.  We do have an intranet form creator but its not as sophisticated as Jotforms.

How can I make Jotform auto populate an email address in the submissions area whilst not having it on the actual form - yet send them an auto responder so they can tweak a form e.g. Christmas party lunch selections?

    Sorry  - not techy!

To clarify, you don't want to have duplicate submissions from the same user?

You can use the unique submission or unique question feature to allow only a single submission or entry in the field.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to grab the email address of your form respondent without the email address field.

They would have to input the email address and you can add the edit link in the autoresponder.
