Hi,
I would like to upgrade my Jotform from Bronze to Silver. I have already paid for 1 year of Bronze, and when I click to upgrade it seems like I cannot just top up the difference? Do I have to forfeit what I have paid for Bronze to upgrade to Silver? How does this work?
Kindly advise.

We will need to cancel your existing subscription, put your account back to free plan. Then, we will process a prorated refund for the unused time in the Bronze plan.
I can see that you have used Paypal for the subscription, the downgrade needs to be performed both in JotForm and in PayPal. To do so, please follow these guides:

Once done, please inform us here so we can process the refund.
Afterward, you may then upgrade to any plan of your liking.
