Users are not able to update a required field

    The next 2 people filled it out and it stopped them and would not let them upload a phone in a required field.

    There are two forms in your account 92707269025157 and 200038769344154. May we know which form are you referring to?

    Is the form embedded in any website?

    Is the user unable to enter the phone field or upload any file attachment?

    I’m not sure what the form number is but it is titled “NBR application”
    I did import it from another website
    The problem is I’m not getting notifications anymore and when clients try
    to fill it out it doesn’t let them upload an attatchment/ browse for photos.

    Have you embedded the NBR form somewhere via which the users are trying to upload the images?

    The NBR application has only one submission and from the email logs it shows that the email was received successfully
